Surat extra virgin olive oil is a coupage of Cornezuelo and Arbequina, balanced and complex with great personality. It is fruity, green, fresh, light and smooth with a slight bitterness and hotness that makes it sweet and dense to the pallet. Its aroma is fruity with notes of green apple, green bananas and almonds, and herbaceous at the same time with notes of green olive trees, freshly-cut grass, fig tree leaves, green tomatoes and a hint of artichoke.
