Tomato Boconccini & Basil Appetizer

Directions: - On each skewer place one bonconccini and one grape tomato with one piece of basil sandwiched in between the two - Place each of the skewers in a serving dish large enough to nicely lay them out - Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the skewers - Sprinkle kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to your liking on the skewers - Serve & Enjoy! Chef Beth's Notes: This is a dish that can be made ahead of time and placed in the refrigerator until you ar ready to serve. Also buy some extra bonconccini and grape tomatoes, this is a dish you may want to snack on while making. You can get creative and add fresh garlic, diced red onion or any other seasoning.
