Vicente Colheita Premium olive oil is created from the best fruit taken from our rigorously selected harvests. The way the oil is blended enables its aromatic notes to come to the fore and enhance the overall taste experience. This perfect balance is first revealed through the ephemeral aromas that correspond to the most delicate of green fruit. An intense flavour then emerges, expressing a lightly peppery aftertaste, with delicate notes of almonds and dried fruits.

The extra virgin olive oil is cold pressed immediately after picking, then stored for some hours, kept carefully away from the light in special tanks. To guarantee the best possible quality, both the olive grove and the press are situated in the heart of the Quinta de S. Vicente estate. The extra virgin olive oil is bottled after gently filtering, a process that gives it all its vibrant brilliance. Varieties of olive tree Cobrançosa, Arbequina, Verdeal and Cordovil.
