- You can specify the month you want to start shipping.  All you need to do is place your order online and then send us an e-mail to customerservice@iheartoliveoil.com. This is great if you are doing your shopping for the holidays early, but don't want the first bottle delivered until December. If no e-mail is sent your order will automatically start the following month.
